New Spec Interiors was tasked with a comprehensive warehouse fit-out for The Self Storage Company located in Waltham Cross. Our project focused on optimizing space utilization and enhancing security measures to meet the growing needs of modern storage solutions. We revamped the reception area to create a welcoming environment for customers and updated the storage units with robust security features, including the installation of keycard access controls and efficient layout planning for easy access and monitoring. The vibrant, eye-catching color scheme was designed to reflect the brand’s energetic and customer-friendly ethos. This project successfully transformed the facility, making it not only more functional but also aesthetically appealing, thus improving the overall customer experience.

New Spec Interiors was tasked with creating a series of private office spaces for The Self Storage Company. This involved installing solid partitions, finished in the company’s signature green brand colour, to provide both privacy and a cohesive aesthetic. Additionally, we carried out modifications to the self-storage containers, adapting them to meet the specific needs of the client. This fit-out successfully blended functional design with the company’s branding, enhancing both the workspace and storage facilities.
