The project involved the removal of existing fit-out elements, the repair and restoration of surfaces, and a detailed cleaning and finishing process to return the office space to a high-standard condition, ready for new tenancy or future fit-out. New Spec Interiors was entrusted with ensuring that all elements of the existing fit-out were properly stripped out and that the space was left in a pristine, professional condition.

Process and Methodology
 
The dilapidation process was carried out with precision and professionalism to ensure the office space was restored to a high standard. The steps followed during the execution of the project included:

Initial Survey and Assessment:

  • A comprehensive survey of the office space was conducted prior to the commencement of works. This allowed for the identification of all areas requiring attention, including partitions, flooring, ceilings, walls and woodwork. The survey also helped in the formulation of a detailed and systematic removal plan.

New Spec Interiors has successfully completed the dilapidation of Tecno Spa’s London office at The Loom, delivering a space that is fully restored and ready for new tenancy or a future fit-out. All fit-out elements, including solid and glass partitions, furniture, and raised access floor tiles, were meticulously removed, with damaged elements being replaced and all surfaces receiving high-end repairs and finishes.
The entire space has been transformed into a blank canvas, with pristine walls, ceilings, woodwork, and floors, ensuring the office is in perfect condition for the next phase of development.
We are confident that the completed works meet the high standards expected by Tecno Spa, and the space is now ready for the next steps in its evolution.
