PROJECT BRIEF
The project involved the removal of existing fit-out elements, the repair and restoration of surfaces, and a detailed cleaning and finishing process to return the office space to a high-standard condition, ready for new tenancy or future fit-out. New Spec Interiors was entrusted with ensuring that all elements of the existing fit-out were properly stripped out and that the space was left in a pristine, professional condition.
Initial Survey and Assessment:
- A comprehensive survey of the office space was conducted prior to the commencement of works. This allowed for the identification of all areas requiring attention, including partitions, flooring, ceilings, walls and woodwork. The survey also helped in the formulation of a detailed and systematic removal plan.
Controlled Strip-Out
All fit-out elements, including partitions, furniture, and floor tiles, were carefully and safely removed. The removal of solid and glass partitions was performed using appropriate tools and methods, ensuring that minimal disruption was caused to the underlying structures.
Restoration of Surfaces
Once the space was cleared, our team focused on repairing and restoring all surfaces, including walls, ceilings and woodwork. This was done using premium-quality materials and finishes to ensure that the restored surfaces met the highest standards of aesthetic quality and durability.
Cleaning and Final Touches
After all repairs and replacements were made, the space was thoroughly cleaned. This included not only the floors but also all surfaces, ensuring the entire office was left spotless and in perfect condition. The final step included polishing the floors to restore their shine and enhance the overall presentation of the space.
