In 2017, New Spec Interiors successfully executed a zero hour disturbance office refurbishment for JLT. Emphasising minimal disruption to their daily operations, our work was strategically scheduled during off-peak hours. The refurbishment involved a complete overhaul of the office spaces to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal while maintaining JLT’s corporate identity. We incorporated modern design elements, ergonomic office furniture, and advanced technology solutions tailored to the needs of a dynamic workforce. The project also included upgrading lighting and acoustic systems to create a more comfortable and productive environment for all staff. This approach allowed JLT to continue their business operations without any significant downtime, showcasing our commitment to client convenience and project efficiency.
