New Spec Interiors was selected to assist with the office fit-out for Fidelity International, focusing on creating a high-performance, visually sophisticated workspace that aligned with the company’s prestigious reputation. The project included the installation of cutting-edge partitioning systems, tailored office layouts, and functional meeting spaces, all executed with the highest standards of quality. Central to the design was the integration of the award-winning W80 double-glazed partition system, which provided exceptional sound insulation, aesthetic appeal, and flexibility in layout. The fit-out created six distinct offices and meeting rooms, each designed with an emphasis on privacy, light, and connectivity.

W80 Double Glazed Partition System by Tecno Spa

A standout feature of this fit-out was the installation of the W80 double-glazed partition system, a highly regarded product designed and manufactured by Tecno Spa. This award-winning partition system is known for its sleek, modern aesthetic and its advanced performance capabilities, particularly in sound insulation and light transmission. The W80 system features an elegant profile with double-glazed panels, ensuring that natural light flows freely throughout the space while maintaining optimal acoustic separation between offices and meeting rooms. This creates a floating aesthetic appearance.
The system’s minimalist frame, available in a range of finishes, was selected to complement the professional and contemporary atmosphere at Fidelity International.
