CHI&Partners were searching for a new workspace that would go beyond merely accommodating their team, it needed to spark creativity, encourage collaboration and inspire their staff to thrive. The vision was to craft a dynamic, inviting environment that would not only boost productivity but also make employees excited about coming to work every day. Working closely with the appointed architect, we collaborated on transforming this vision into a reality, ensuring every design detail aligned with their aspirations for the space.

Partitioning and Layout Design

To maintain the integrity of the building’s architectural form, the fit-out utilised curved partitions and acute-angle partitions, which allowed the design to follow and enhance the natural lines of the structure. These innovative partitioning solutions created fluid, organic spaces that complemented the building’s existing geometry while optimising the layout for efficient use.
The curved partitions were strategically placed to define open-plan areas and individual workspaces, ensuring both privacy and connectivity within the office. The use of acute angles further reinforced the natural flow of the building, softening the transitions between spaces and helping the office layout feel cohesive and fluid.
The design carefully balanced open, collaborative zones with private, quiet spaces, taking full advantage of the building’s unique shape. This architectural strategy allowed CHI&Partners to create a vibrant, dynamic work environment that was both functional and visually striking.
